When you enroll with StoryHeights Montessori, your tuition helps make the world a better place. On top of compensating our staff beyond the industry standard, we also make room in our budget to give teacher discounts on education, and give to non-profit organizations that give a hand-up to people in need. This means your child gets the best-in-class care they deserve while making a positive impact on our community.
Our SOAR giveback program, gives to nonprofits who work to elevate the well-being of people who are often overlooked. We give to organizations whose work primarily focuses on vulnerable families, parents and children who without help will not soar to new heights in life. We focus on organizations who don't just hand out charity, but rather give people dignity by offering "hand-ups", like the ReWrite Program run through StoryHeights Church who offers free rent and childcare to single parents who have been sober from opioid addictions for at least three years, and now need help so they can put themselves through school and change their lives.
We give free childcare to these grant recipients and donate to the rent fund. We have given to The Happy Place in Mendon, which provides respite care for parents who have children with special needs. Our school currently has two children adopted through One Child Matters that live in Haiti. Our monthly sponsorship provides for their education and clean drinking water.
